UMR Call Center Representative
Our Call Center Representatives make a difference every day! As a call center representative, your primary task will be to provide good customer service to both existing UMR donors and potential new donors. As well as thanking them for their donations and asking them to renew their pledges to UMR, you will invite individuals to make donations to our humanitarian programs.
As a representative of our clients our Call Center Representatives promise to:
- Treat our donors with the utmost respect
- Uphold absolute integrity of every phone call and deliver the with uniformity, consistency and excellence
- Remain focused and dedicated to meet the financial and practical objectives of UMR
Our ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, demonstrated computer proficiency, and previous customer service experience. In addition, solid work history, good attendance and a strong work ethic. A passion for the causes UMR supports a plus!
Part-time, 20 hours required: Flexible days and evenings, Monday-Saturday scheduling. Wage $10.00 per hour.
